Westpac - Digital Early Cycle Collections

<p>Westpac's vision was to have a consistent digital collections process across its home grown and acquired financial products and a simplified technology architecture to support that process.</p>
<h5>Program Breakdown</h5>
<p>Presented current state architecture for the myriad of systems supporting the collections process.</p>
<p>Determined an incremental approach to transition to a simplified architecture.</p>
<p>Devised a pilot for Digital Early Cycle Collections (DECC) adopting Experian's PowerCurve hosted solution.</p>
<p>Created a hybrid waterfall with embedded sprints plan in MS Project, fully costed and integrated into corporate resource plans.</p>
<p>Engaged off-shore managed testing capability and successfully remediated a failing test plan to bring the project in on time.<p>
<p>Aligned service management and change management teams to productionise the pilot for a live trial.</p>

<p>The pilot was delivered, fully tested and deployed into production on time.</p>
<p>The business has since determine there is indeed savings to be made following this new process and the pilot is to be rolled out across more products with a roadmap to leverage more capabilities of this Experian platform.</p>
